Natural Alternatives spark interest in Towanda with Mary Theresa Jurnack

Enduring the heat of summer, many residents of Towanda and the surrounding areas in Pennsylvania have come to Jurnack’s, Naturally! to take advantage of its nutritional services and health benefits given by its owner, Mary Theresa Jurnack. It is not just a stop on Route 6 to cool down, however, as Mary Theresa possesses qualifications to assist anyone seeking to improve their health and well-being. Jurnack’s, Naturally! was started some time ago, and has a rich history of healthy healing.

Jurnack’s, Naturally! started under the name Schultz’s Natural Foods in 1983 by Mary Theresa’s mother, Sally Schultz. Sally searched for healing through nutritional and herbal means, resulting in a full recovery from Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Through her own total recovery and absence now from her previous ailments, Sally Schultz shared her knowledge with others, and the health food store grew from just helping a few to a whole community. Mary Theresa acquired ownership of the store over Sally in 1992 and changed the name to Jurnack’s, Naturally! Since then, Mary Theresa has earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Holistic Nutrition and has become a Certified Herbalist, a Master of Holistic Health, and a Certified Natural Health Professional. Personal nutritional counseling appointments are available and recommended with Mary Theresa Jurnack at Jurnack’s, Naturally! where she hopes to utilize these qualifications.

Also available at Jurnack’s, Naturally! is a Co-Op Buying Club, a membership program enabling people to buy healthy and natural foods with substantial savings compared to retail. The family-owned health food store also provides a wide selection of gluten-free products such as bread, desert pies, pizza, macaroni and cheese, flour, breakfast bars, and many other tantalizing treats. Wide ranges of weight-loss, yeast control, and thyroid books, as well as herbs and supplements, are available.

Jurnack’s, Naturally! was founded to provide customers with a wide choice of vitamins, herbs, food products, and we wish to help you. The store offers a personal experience, alternative health options, and more.
