Cornell Cooperative Extension offers Cider 101 Workshop

Are you interested in learning how to make your own cider? If so, join Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) on Aug. 23, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Schuyler County Human Services Complex in Montour Falls, N.Y. 

Autumn Stoscheck, award winning cider maker from Eve’s Cidery in Van Etten, N.Y., will be going over the process of how to make your own cider. 

The cost is $10 per person and preregistration is required.
