‘Commandment 11’ Concerts taking place in Grover and Monroeton

Commandment 11 Ministries, of Simpsonville, S.C., will be in concert on Sunday, May 20 at two area churches.

St. John’s United Methodist Church in Grover will host Commandment 11 at its morning worship service at 9:30 a.m.

A luncheon for all will be held in the social hall following the concert.

Community Alliance Church in Monroeton will host Commandment 11 for a concert at 6 p.m. that evening.

Commandment 11 has been singing and ministering the gospel primarily in prisons, rehabs, and churches throughout the United States since 2005. Their goal is to encourage men, women, and young people to draw closer to Jesus Christ.

The majority of the music being shared is written by Scott Jacobs, founder of Commandment 11. Their music is inspired by the Scriptures and has a fresh and appealing sound for all ages.

Commandment 11 has recorded numerous albums over the past 13 years. A new recording will be released this fall.

The public is extended an invitation to both concerts on May 20.
