Comedy Night at the Rialto

Comedy Night at the Rialto

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. On Thursday, Feb. 14, Canton’s Rialto Theatre is presenting an evening of “live” comedy. Beginning at 7 p.m., comedians Robert Mac and Mark Matusof will take the stage for your entertainment.

Robert Mac is an award-winning comedy veteran who has performed in many types of venues. He was the grand prizewinner of Comedy Central’s national stand-up contest and the talent search winner of the Jerry Lewis Telethon. His act has been described as clean, cerebral, and silly. Personally, he enjoys long naps on the beach.

Also appearing is Mark Matusof who has been described in the press as “funny without being vulgar or nasty” and also as “one who misuses the mandolin for fun and/or profit.” He has also appeared in a variety of venues including XM Satellite Radio and as an opening act for magician, David Copperfield.
