Amy was struck with the unthinkable bad news back in August that she has stage 2B breast cancer. Her body hasn’t taken well to the Chemo treatments and she gets very ill when she does receive them and has been in and out of the hospital after each treatment.
Her treatments continue through October 2019, as long as her body tolerates the next two steps of radiation and another round of chemo. Amy is crushing cancer one day at a time and not looking back!
Amy is described as one of the strongest, most thoughtful, and kindest, caring soul you will ever meet. Amy enjoys supporting the community every chance she gets and has donated her time to the VFW, the local school, and to girl scouts.
Amy is a strong supporter of the Junior Demo Derby and the local fair demo derbies, to just name a few. There just are too many to list.
Amy has been self-employed for 23 years as a Nail Salon owner operating as Amy’s Acrylics. All proceeds will help Amy with covering time missed from work, medical bills, family needs, and any other financial expenditures incurred.
