Edible Book Festival at the Bradford County Library

Edible Book Festival at the Bradford County LibraryWho wouldn't love to take a bite out this "The Magic School Bus" cake? Based on the best-selling book series of the same name, "The Magic School Bus" takes kids on a virtual bus ride. Magically transforming into a plane, submarine, spaceship or surfboard, this bus carries Ms. Frizzle and her students on super adventures and teaches them about science. Provided photo.

Share the love of books and food by creating an edible creation inspired by a work of literature to the Bradford County Library’s first annual Edible Book Festival on Saturday, March 30.

Silly or serious- edible books are made of food. Create a dish inspired by a favorite book or a classic. Or just come to vote for people’s choice, eat, and have fun!

Participants can enter as a family or individually. Entries must be submitted by 10 a.m. and include a list of ingredients as well as a copy of the inspirational book. Awards will be presented at noon. All ages are welcome to participate!
