Suzann Schiemer is a retired physical education instructor from Bloomsburg, Pa. who is a certified Forest Therapy guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. Explore the many wellness benefits available to you by spending time in a natural environment.
This presentation will highlight the “green exercise” of Shinrin-Yoku; also known as forest bathing. Forest bathing is a “natural” wellness activity.
The presentation will include the benefits of forest bathing and suggestions on how to incorporate this practice into your time outdoors.
