North Branch Land Trust (NBLT) is organizing a guided Falls Trail hike at Ricketts Glen State Park for Friday, Sept. 6, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Rhiannon Summers, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Environmental Education Specialist at Ricketts Glen will guide hikers along the Falls Trail. Learn about the Park’s history, the native vegetation, and wildlife. There will be plenty of opportunities for photography.
This 3-mile trail loop is rated as Most Difficult with slippery rocks, steep descents, and strenuous climbs. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots, bring your own water, snacks and hiking sticks, if needed.
Registration is required and the registration deadline is Tuesday, Sept. 3 by 4:30 p.m.

Please arrive 15 minutes early so that the hike begins on time at 10 a.m.; and please leave furry friends at home. This hike is free of charge to both NBLT members and non-members. This is an approved Tail on the Trail hike.
