Free Community Fitness Program to be held at Mansfield University’s Maxson Track every Monday

Cross country and men’s track and field Head Coach Mike Rohl and assistant coach Michelle Rohl will host a free, weekly Community Fitness Program at Mansfield University’s Maxson Track throughout the Fall.

The program, which is open to anyone, will be held on Mondays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. 

Music will be played during the event and the stadium lights will be turned on. All levels of fitness are welcome, whether it be walking or running. Free fitness advice will be offered from the Mountaineer coaching staff.

The program began on Monday, Aug. 26, but will not be held on Labor Day. The program will continue throughout the fall until weather conditions make it inconvenient.
