Bus trip planned to Sight and Sound’s ‘Miracle of Christmas’

It won’t be long before we all start thinking about the Christmas Holidays and our observance of them. A great prelude to Christmas Day is attending the Sight and Sound performance of the “Miracle of Christmas,” which showcases the true story Christmas and brings it to life.  The Canton Church of Christ (DOC) is sponsoring a bus trip to Lancaster for this performance on Wednesday, Dec. 11.

The trip will have a later than usual start with no breakfast, then a stop at Kitchen Kettle Village (which has over 40 shops that show what Lancaster County has to offer). You will have time to shop and grab a bite to eat before the show. After the show, a dinner stop will be made at Cracker Barrel. (Meals are not included in the price of the trip). There will be rest stops each way.

The price of the trip is $145 and includes coach travel, a ticket for the show, and driver gratuity. Pick up stops will be made in Troy and Canton, and along the route as needed.

For tickets, contact the Canton Church of Christ by calling (570) 673-5796. Please leave a message with your name and phone number for a prompt return of your call.

The absolute deadline for reservations is Wednesday, Nov. 15.
