Modified Bookmobile service will begin in June 2020, according to the Bradford County Library. In the meantime, curbside service by appointment is available.

They will visit Columbia Cross Roads Post Office on June 17, July 15, Aug. 19, and Sept. 16. Five minute appointments will start at 1 p.m. To make an appointment and request materials, you will need a library card (membership) in good standing with any one of the Libraries in Bradford County. Be sure to take care of that matter first. You can check the status of your card by calling your library at (570) 297-2436. 

The bookmobile delivers books from Bradford County Library. To have books delivered by their service by appointment, you can:

1. Browse our collection on line request your choices electronically, then phone for an appointment.

2. Phone the library at (570) 297-2436 to request the books / authors you’d like and make an appointment.

3. Email and make your request.

Be sure to place your request/make your appointment at least three days (excluding weekends) in advance. If you have books to return, present them in disposable bags.

Trunk service is preferred, but if you are on foot, only one, mask-wearing, family member should expect to approach the Bookmobile.

The bookmobile will only make stops where appointments have been scheduled.

Care for the books in the same way you would treat any new things you bring into your home.
