As per tradition, the Troy Lions Club recently gathered on one of the hottest nights to clean up the Alparon Park Walkway. The Troy Lions have been maintaining the walkway since they excavated it in the early 1970’s.

In a press release, a club official stated, “The Troy Lions wanted a safer way for the community to get the park instead of walking along the narrow old Route 6. Not only did it create a safe passage for community members to walk but a beautiful entry into the town of Troy.”
