CANCELLED: Sylvania Lions Annual Hunter Community Breakfast. This event is cancelled due to COVID concerns. 


Free winter coats at Columbia Cross Roads United Methodist Church, 9 a.m. to noon. Masks are required and there is limited admission.

CANCELLED: The South Creek Lions Club Turkey and Ham Carry Out Dinner has been cancelled due to the pandemic.

South Creek Lions Club Turkey and Ham Carry Out Dinner, door opens at 3:30 p.m., Route 14 in Gillett. The menu includes potatoes, vegetable, baked beans, cole slaw, pie for dessert, and The Lions club’s Famous Home Baked Bread. Cost is $12 per person. They ask for social distancing while at the Lions Hall and masks must be worn when inside. 

CANCELLED: The Lt. Asa Stevens Chapter of the DAR’s Christmas Party for December is cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Sayre Christmas Parade, 6:30 p.m. through downtown Sayre Borough. Parade will come down West Lockhart Street to Desmond Street, up West Packer Avenue and along South Elmer Avenue to the Enterprise Center.
