The Bradford County Manor recently welcomed Heather Sterling as the new Assistant Director of Nursing. Sterling arrives with 15 years of nursing experience.  

Heather Sterling attended Northern Tier Career center to obtain her LPN license, and worked in this capacity for 11 years. During this time she gained her experience in a Physician’s office and in Long Term care.  

She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University and has been an RN for four years. Prior to coming to The Manor in November of 2020, Sterling worked as a circulating nurse in the operating room, and also gained experience as a Case Manager for Home Health Agency.  

Sterling and her husband, Shey, have been married for 17 years and have two daughters – Alyssa, 14, and Brinley, nine. She loves spending time with her family in Laceyville, Pa. 

Sterling enjoys her time with her family and especially enjoys watching her daughter’s sporting events. 

Bradford County Manor welcomes Sterling and her experience in the role of Assistant Director of Nursing.
