Phenomenon and Paranormal Investigations, based in Ulster, will give a presentation at 7 p.m. on Nov. 16 at the Bradford County Library in Burlington. This presentation will include investigative techniques, the team's findings and evidence, and show the equipment used in investigations. Members of the team will be available to answer any questions after the presentation. This presentation by the Phenomenon and Paranormal Investigations team will be free and open to the public.
